Why this patch
Fetching a base form was rarely needed: at the start of a match you can already swap a card for a base Shardling. Binding Call should instead put more on the board, and it gives the Shardlings that do not evolve a reason to be in more decks.

Binding Call now fetches one of the 20 Shardlings outside an evolution line, five per class. They can be placed at once, so the joker adds to the board instead of repeating the swap at the start of the match.
