Patch 7.11: Cosmetics in your account, look per deck
The shop only sells now. Your cosmetics are in your account, and each deck picks its card back and board in the deck builder.
Other changes
Your cosmetics moved from the shop into your account. The card back and board you equip there are used by every deck without its own look.
The deck builder has a Look section: choose the card back and board of this deck. The choice is saved with the deck, also for a new deck, and is used in every online game with it.
In the shop, items you already own are marked as owned.
