Patch 9.15: One look for every button

Menus, shop, collection and dialogs now share one button style: dark moonglass with cut corners, gold for the main action.

Other changes

Every main menu entry, Play Online included, has the same shape and an icon in front of its label.
Silver, Moondust and Moonglass are shown as plain values on a dark ribbon instead of buttons.
Tabs, filters, badges, the profile and the Discord, invite, news, chat, sound and fullscreen buttons follow the same style.
One Tutorial button in the main menu leads to its two parts: Basics and Tactics with 8 short lessons.
The main menu has a new background painting. The broken moon in its sky now shows the same X-shaped crack as the game icon.
