Patch 9.31: A clearer shop with an event tab

The shop has its own tab for events, compares 1, 5 and 10 packs side by side and buys with a single tap.

Other changes

While an event runs, its tab comes first: what is inside, the real end date and which event comes next.
Card packs: 1, 5 and 10 packs side by side with their own buy button. We recommend the largest amount your Silver pays for.
Moonglass shows the price per card pack. If Moonglass is missing for an offer, the shop shows how much and the package that covers it.
Drop rates stay one tap away. Prices, chances and offers do not change; the rules and the cards stay the same.
