Patch 9.38: Calmer shop, clearer player card

Choosing an amount of packs no longer shifts the shop, Moonglass packages sit in one row or as a list on phones, and the XP bar clears the badge.

Other changes

Fixed: changing the free amount of packs (1 to 100) made the whole row shift. Every size now stays the same.
The notes below the packs are gone: the discount and the prices already stand on the buttons.
Moonglass: the four packages in one row, on phones one below the other as compact rows.
Moonglass: the 9.99 € package is recommended, unless an offer needs less.
Player card: the XP bar sits a little lower, so the level badge no longer runs into it.
Nothing changes in the rules or the cards.
