Patch 8.1: Tidier deck builder

In the deck builder the right column now shows only your deck list. Jokers and Look open as menus next to Filter and the search.

Other changes

The deck list on the right shows the number of cards and the classes at the top and stays in view while you scroll through your cards.
Jokers: the button next to Filter shows how many you picked and opens the joker cards of your level. Pick up to 3, they are saved with the deck.
Look: the button shows the card back of the deck and opens the choice of card back and board, without leaving the deck builder.
All three menus close with the X, a tap next to them or Escape.
