Shardmoon
A free card game that runs in your browser
Open a tab, create a free account, play. Shardmoon is a collectible card game built for the browser from the first line of code, so it starts in seconds on a laptop, a desktop or a phone held sideways.

What you play
Two players, four lanes, 25 life each. You place Shardlings, creatures of living moon crystal, on the lanes. Each one attacks the lane opposite. If nobody stands there, it hits the opponent directly. Bring the opponent from 25 to 0 and you win.
Every Shardling can evolve twice, from base form to Stage 3, and keeps its damage and bonuses when it does. Spells and face-down traps decide the close matches.
A browser card game for short breaks
As a browser card game, Shardmoon fits into a break: a match usually takes 15 to 25 turns, every turn has a time limit, and a friend joins with a link. Collecting and trading work the same way as in any collectible card game, only without a client to install. Play PvP against real players, solo against the computer or the same card game on your phone browser. New here? Start with how to play Shardmoon, read why it is a strategy card game or explore the world of the fantasy card game and its novel. Coming from another card game? See games like Hearthstone, games like Marvel Snap and games like Legends of Runeterra.
Why the browser
No launcher, no updates to install, no 10 GB download. Your collection and decks live on the server, so you can start a match on the PC and play the next one on your phone. Every move is checked on the server, which also means nobody can cheat by changing the page.
What it costs
Nothing. Quests and wins pay Silver, and card packs are sold for Silver. You can buy Moonglass with real money for packs and cosmetics, but you never have to. The shop shows the odds of every rarity and every single card.
Start in three steps
- Open play.shardmoon.com and create a free account.
- Play the tutorial. It takes a few minutes and teaches lanes, evolving and traps.
- Win with the six starter decks against the computer to unlock your own starter deck, then play online.
