A free online trading card game
Collecting is half the fun of a trading card game. In Shardmoon you collect from packs, trade cards with other players and turn spare copies into Moondust, all without paying.
Collect
The base set has 120 cards in five rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary. A pack holds five cards. You buy packs with Silver from quests and wins, or with Moonglass. The shop lists the chance of every rarity and every card before you buy.
Trade
Offer a card on the public market or to a friend and name the card you want. Trades are always the same rarity for the same rarity, and each trade costs Moondust. You can make three trades a day, and an offer stays open for seven days. How it works: card trading online.
Grind spare copies
You can play two copies of a card in a deck, and one of a Legendary. Copies above that can be ground into Moondust. Rarer cards give more Moondust.
Build and play
A deck has 30 cards from at most two of the four classes. You have ten deck slots, and the game checks the deck rules as you build. Then play quick matches or ranked, from Wood up to Moonbinder.
Questions
Can I sell cards for money?
No. Cards can be traded with other players for Moondust, but not sold.
How many cards are there?
120 in the base set, in four classes: Ember, Root, Mist and Iron.
